Aww! Taylor Swift is so sweet!

The country singer is giving back to the city that made her a star and donated 14,000 Scholastic books to the Nashville Public Library.

It's such a huge donation that it's actually the largest received by the local library to date.

You'll know when you are reading a book Swifty donated too. Each one, which can be checked out at 21 branches of the city library, includes a donation plate on the inside cover that will read: "A Gift to the Children of Nashville from Taylor Swift and Scholastic Inc."

Some of the books will also be used as prizes for completing the summer program or donated to low-income children, preschools and daycare centers around town.

Whoa! What happened here?!

Although Taylor Swift had been widely reported as the lucky lady to be cast as Eponine in the upcoming Tom Hooper-directed adaptation of the musical Les Misérables, it appears now that theater actress Samantha Barks, who played the role during the 25th Anniversary Concert, has won the role!

During the curtain call of Manchester's Palace Theatre performance of Oliver! last night, in which Barks is currently playing Nancy, producer Cameron Mackintosh appeared on stage to make the announcement for the first time to the cast and audience alike that the young actress had won the part - and according to audience members present, "the look on her face was priceless."

You can't deny she's a pretty solid fit!

But we can't help but wonder what went down behind-the-scenes that got Swift the boot? That was the role of a lifetime for her!

Uh, no she isn't too famous for this! This is how Taylor Swift rolls!

Yesterday, Taylor was on the hunt for a bargin, so she headed down to the Ventura County Flea Market to see what kind of gems she could find. Sure, she's got money to burn, and she has no reason to trudge through the masses to find cheap deals on clothes and art.

But Swifty is just like every body else damn it, and if she wants to look for tchotchkes and vintage crap to fill her mansions with, then by golly, she should!

Billboard has released the 2012 Power 100 list, which ranks the 100 most powerful people in the music industry, and it reveals that times are changing!

No longer are the record labels in control, instead power is shifting to the artists, their managers, and the people who book them.

One top entertainment attorney who was consulted to create the list said:

Taylor Swift? More like YAYlor Swift!

The ACM nominations are out looks like T-Swizzle is the big winner so far!

Last year, she walked away with the coveted "Entertainer of the Year" award at the ACMs and this year, she could do it all over agian!

She's the only female artist who has THREE noms, including "Entertainer of the Year," "Female Vocalist" and "Video of the Year" for Mean.

So, SO impressive!

Taylor Swift is really making the best of her trip to London.

She's making sure to hit all the hot spots and one of those was London Zoo.

While there she got a private tour of the animal exhibits.

So cool.

And so it begins!

Earlier this month, the official announcement was made that the most coveted role in the new film adaptaion of Les Misérables was snatched by Taylor Swift. While many other bright, talent girls were up fro the role of Eponine, Swifty swooped past the competition to win the part.

Seems things are starting to get underway for flick as Taylor is currently in London and was spotted going into rehearsals for the film.

But where is her Marius, we wonder? Not much good having Eponine if the object of her affection is nowhere to be seen! Maybe he was just late…
