Let’s be honest, it was pretty sh*tty for Amber Heard to file for divorce from Johnny Depp only days after his mom died.
But even though the blonde beauty proved she’s clearly capable of making some coldhearted moves, the famous father’s family supposedly didn’t actually hate her.
Some sources have said that members of the acclaimed actor’s fam — including his late mother, Betty Sue Palmer — couldn’t stand his lady love while they were together, and even claimed she was the reason the Alice Through The Looking Glass star had been distant from his momma lately.

However, insiders close to Miz Heard say that’s a steaming load of bullsh*t!
These confidantes confessed that the Friday Night Lights alum had actually visited her mother-in-law while she was in and out of the hospital, and oversaw her nurses’ schedules.
The sources say the 52-year-old had, in fact, been a little absent from Betty Sue’s life recently, but remained adamant that his wife had nothing to do with that.
The insiders insist that was just Johnny’s decision.
