Brie Larson SO deserved this award!
At the Golden Globes, Brie took home Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for her amazing and pivotal performance in Room. The win counts as Larson’s first major award after years of fantastic work in television and film.

The beautiful actress shone on stage in her gorgeous Calvin Klein dress as she thanked her loved ones and costars in the movie. The blonde also took a moment to recognize the author who inspired the film, Emma Donoghue.
The 26-year-old stole the show from Cate Blanchett (Carol), Rooney Mara (Carol), Saoirse Ronan (Brooklyn), and Alicia Vikander (The Danish Girl).
A big congrats to Larson — we have a feeling this won’t be the last time we’ll see Brie at an award show!
