Where did Carey Mulligan‘s baby bump go?!
Well, it disappeared because the brunette beauty gave birth LAST WEEK!
On Wednesday, the Oscar nominee made an appearance at the British Film Institute’s London Film Festival to promote her latest film, Suffragette — and boy did she certainly shock everyone with her lack of pregnancy.

Nonetheless, the fashionista looked particularly on point in mixed prints for her post-baby bod ensemble!
Still, we’re not shocked that her baby news has been kept under wraps as the starlet is famous for being private. The An Education actress didn’t even debut her growing belly until this year’s Tony Awards.
Though we have a feeling Carey’s new role as mom is her favorite to date, the 30-year-old kept it totally professional and only discussed her film with Meryl Streep.
She explained:
“What I love about this film is it didn’t feel like a documentary about a time; it felt like a film about today. It is a film to mark the achievements of what these women did and what they gave us but also to highlight where we are in the world. We still live in a society that is sexist and that goes throughout history.”

Though we do wish Carey gushed a bit about her little bundle of joy — specifically what the baby’s name and gender are?! This is Miz Mulligan’s first child with husband Marcus Mumford, who she quietly wed back in 2012.
