We’re guessing this news will add fuel to the fire!
Charlie Sheen is already super upset that his ex Brooke Mueller is on track to regain custody of their sons Bob and Max.
Upset is underselling Charlie’s feelings. He did just call her a “evil and pathetic ├â┬╝ber loser wh*re”.
Meanwhile, Brooke asked a judge for a restraining order against him after she alleges that he threatened her life last week when he used the words: “there will be a reckoning. there will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness” during one of his Twitter rants.
But now we’re hearing that a judge has DENIED a restraining order even though she claimed she was afraid that Charlie was on a mission to not only sabotage her, but that he’d also blackmail her by planting drugs on her.
And, not only that, but we just found out that now that she’s out of rehab and on her own, she’s also only getting drug tested TWICE PER MONTH!!!
Which seems a tad low considering this mama was caught on tape doing and asking for the worst drugs ever!
Not only that – Charlie Sheen fears that Brooke is getting a heads up about when the drug tests happen!
Here’s what a source said:
“It’s unclear if the tests are even random and Charlie fears Brooke is given a heads up about when the test will take place. To Charlie, it’s absolutely shocking that someone with Brooke’s extensive drug addiction and the fact that she previously lost custody of the boys because of it, is only being tested twice a month. Someone with Brooke’s history should be tested at a minimum of three times a week, randomly, even in the middle of the night.”
Charlie Sheen feels this is absolutely a failure on the Los Angeles County of Department of Children & Family Services’ part for being more vigilant, and ultimately for not recognizing that taking away his sons Bob and Max from super mom Denise Richards is going to be a BIG mistake!
A mistake that may put both four-year-old’s well-being in jeopardy!
A source added:
“DCFS is absolutely failing the twins by only having Brooke tested twice a month. Charlie feels that it’s only a matter of time before something horrible happens to Brooke and that their sons could be in danger for their own lives whenever they are with her. These are innocent four year old boys who don’t deserve this type of chaos in their lives.”
We absolutely agree that some kind of precautions need to be put in place if Brooke regains custody of her children. In the meantime, another hearing is set next month for Brooke to make her case again in getting that restraining order.
We totally are rooting for Brooke to stay sober, and we wish her all the best, but the kids’ safety is the most important factor here.
