Former Bachelor Chris Soules Wants His Felony Charge Dismissed!!

Chris Soules wants his felony charge dropped.
According to TMZ, the former Bachelor‘s legal team filed docs asking for the charge of leaving a scene of an accident resulting in death to be dismissed as the reality TV star did everything legally right.
As we previously reported, the Iowa native was arrested after being involved in a fatal crash killing 66-year-old Kenneth Mosher last week. It was also said he had alcohol containers in his vehicle.

But Chris denies any legal wrongdoing as his attorneys claim the 911 call he made is proof. Not only did the disgraced ABC star call authorities and identify himself, but he also checked Mosher’s pulse. He then left the scene after EMTs arrived.
However, he did not wait for police to show up to the scene of the deadly crash. He then refused to come out of his home when cops showed up to arrest him.
Apparently, the 35-year-old’s legal team says it’s not required for drivers to wait for cops to arrive, so it’ll be interesting to see how this goes.
