According to People on Thursday, Marty Caffrey — husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub — has filed for divorce after 4 months of marriage.

An insider close to Caffrey said:
“Marty was willing to reconcile with Danielle, but after the last few weeks he knew there was no turning back.”
On the other hand, the Bravolebrity’s rep told the publication:
“Danielle has not received any filing, and we cannot comment on something we have not received.”
As we reported earlier this month, the two obtained temporary restraining orders against each other. Both were later dropped.
