So Scary, So Sad: Multiple Dead Babies Have Been Found Dead In A Canadian U-Haul Storage Locker

no title

This is just about the worst thing we could ever imagine, which makes it even more shocking that it happened in real life.
A terrible discovery was found in Winnipeg, Canada, on Monday afternoon, and it’s rocked the West Alexander area’s U-Haul storage locker location.
Either three or four babies were found in one of the storage units there, and that number can’t be fully ascertained because the bodies were in various states of decomposition.
Const. Eric Hofley said the bodies were “of a very young age” but could have been newborns and were “certainly not children.” He remarked upon the whole situation as “very disturbing” and “tragic beyond belief.”
He also said:

“All that information will hopefully be determined as the days progress. We will have further information tomorrow [Wednesday]. I do know that for a fact.”

Police are investigating the matter, but it was discovered by other agencies that the U-Haul in question is located on McPhillips Street and Elgin Avenue in the city’s West Alexander area.
Police aren’t even sure if this is a murder investigation or if the babies died of natural causes, however it is NOT OK to store bodies in a storage unit no matter what – so there IS a crime involved here!
Hofley said:

“Obviously, you’re not allowed to store or conceal human remains. That in itself would be a charge. Again, until such time as the autopsies have determined what is the cause of this, we won’t know what the full extent of the charges may or may not be.”

The bodies were found by staff members at the U-Haul who were doing inventory of the delinquent storage locker, and it’s believed police have interviewed the woman who was renting out that particular storage locker where the baby bodies were found.
No charges have been filed yet.
Here’s what a person from marketing for the Central Canadia U-Hauls said in a statement:

“U-Haul team members made a disturbing discovery when taking inventory of a delinquent storage locker on Monday. They immediately contacted law enforcement who believed the locker contained human remains. U-Haul is deeply shocked and saddened by this discovery.”

It’s clear such an awful discovery would affect everyone, and it certainly has for us.
Hopefully police can get to the bottom of what happened here — regardless of what it was, these poor kids deserved better.
