Demi Lovato Reaches Out To Catherine Zeta Jones

If there is anyone in this business who understands what Catherine Zeta Jones is going through, its Demi Lovato.

The young pop star reached out to the actress via her Twitter yesterday to commend her for her decision to seek treatment for her Bipolar II disorder. As someone who has also faced her personal demons in the last few months, Demi knows perfectly well what Catherine is up against and wanted to share her thoughts on her “brave” decision. Demi tweeted:

“I don’t know Catherine Zeta-Jones personally but what she has decided to do it SO brave.. And SO difficult but worth it… I’m proud of her”

Let’s hope she comes out of her treatment as centered and with as much clarity as you did, Demi.
