Dr. Phil Is A Tyrant On Set & A Bully To Work For?!

Everyone seems to be hating on Dr. Phil lately and it looks like it might be justified, due to his off-camera antics!
An insider has come forward to say that the doctor terrorizes all who work for him, even comparing him to a fascist dictator.
The source explains:

“You can feel the fear on the set. There seems to be a reason he hires a nearly all female staff├óΓé¼┬ªhe seeks out the vulnerable type of person that’s reliant on their paycheck from him so they don’t fight back.”

Not only is he being outted for his behavior toward his staff, but it looks like Dr. Phil is just mean in general!
Instead of trying to make his guests as comfortable as possible, the source also points out that Phil is way more interested in boosting ratings:

“Before he gets to the soundbite he’s looking for there’s no sense of a gentle, sympathetic, professional view. It’s all about the soundbite, and he’ll bully the guest off-camera until he gets the soundbite he needs.”

His ego and lack of emotion have even caused some employees to quit!
Whether or not this is true, we can already hear Dina Lohan cheering with excitement! Maybe LiLo was right by calling him a fraud?!
