As part of her 60th birthday extravaganza, Ellen filled her audience with countless people who’ve made a difference in the world. Why??? So she could surprise them with a monetary prize, of course.

For the Million Acts of Good campaign in collaboration with Cheerios, the beloved chat show host was able to surprise her do-gooder audience with $1 million prize. While the entire audience will split the giveaway, we’re certain this gift means the world to those philanthropic viewers.
And it’s not like they don’t deserve it. For example, audience member Lori Gaines was a teacher who donated a kidney to the mother of a student. And a couple in the audience used their own money and drove 800 miles to deliver supplies following Hurricane Harvey. So impressive!!
