One of the best parts about Kelly Osbourne manning the red carpet is that we don’t have to wait very long to see what she’s wearing!

And the Fashion Policewoman did something that we haven’t seen her do in…we don’t know how long.

She wore a floor length gown!

Kelly’s red Jenny Packham frock was just as hawt as any short hem she’s ever worn, mostly thanks her boobalicious bodice.

Her hair wasn’t our favorite thing ever, but those ruby earrings are fab!
