And lucky her, the new momma had two gorgeous ladies on her arms!

The 23-year-old rocked an oversized Derek Lam blazer and Christian Louboutin heels, while her younger sister opted for a casual white tee under her two-piece. Plus, she wore it with Chanel sneakers.
Not many could pull those off!
