The man is a double threat, and now he’s opening for a legend!
After acting in popular series like Luther and Beasts Of No Nation, Idris Elba is pursuing his music career as a DJ, and he just got a BIG gig with pop’s biggest superstar ever!!
It was announced on Monday that Elba would open — as a DJ — for Madonna on her Rebel Heart Tour stop in Berlin, Germany this evening!!

If Elba seems like an off-the-wall choice, the queen of pop has beenrunning through various opening acts on this tour.
She’s enjoyed opening performance from DJs including Diplo and Lunice, and she’s even had comedian Amy Schumer warm up the crowd for her at an earlier concert!
Hope Idris is up to the task — opening for a pop legend is going to be more difficult than any mess he may find himself in should he become James Bond! LOLz!!
