The retailer is being ridiculed for selling what many have dubbed the “period skirt” — a white pencil skirt featuring blooming flora along the crotchular region.
The photo was first uploaded to Imgur about a week ago, and since then it’s gone so viral that JCPenney has actually been forced to issue a statement!
