Oh wait never mind. She’s actually making out with Courtland Rogers.
Not only were the two smooching though – they were passionately pushing their lips together in front of court where Evans had to deal with some nasty old cyber stalking charges brought up against her from her old boyfriend Gary Head.
At least she’s got a husband aka Courtland to help her get through these trying times.
