This is unreal!!
Joey King is gearing up for what may be one of the biggest performance of her life so far, portraying Gypsy Rose Blanchard for The Act, which is upcoming on Hulu.

For those not in the loop, The Act tells the true story of the young Missouri girl, Blanchard, who murdered her mother after being manipulated to play as though she were terminally for nearly her entire life due to her mom’s Muchausen syndrome.
The mother in the Hulu series will be portrayed by Patricia Arquette.
Blanchard Er, we mean King, showed off her new look on Instagram over the weekend (below), sending shock waves to pretty much everybody who saw the incredible transformation:
Amazing!!
Of course, Joey has teased portions of this before, like the head-shaving (below):
And a first look with Arquette back a couple months ago, too (below):
But none of it has been quite as incredible as what we see here!!
Can’t wait to see The Act on Hulu!! If the makeup and costuming is any indication… this should be REALLY good!
