God only knows what we’d be without the healing power of music.
John Stamos and The Beach Boys were on a mission to “bring people together” on Wednesday night, dedicating their Scarborough concert to the victims of the Manchester Arena attack.
The actor and legendary band, who are currently on the U.K. leg of their Wild Honey World Tour, performed at Scarborough’s Open Air Theatre two days after 22 victims died about 110 miles away at an Ariana Grande concert.

The Good Vibrations performers asked the audience to stand in solidarity during the tribute, where they dedicated a performance of the poignant The Warmth of the Sun to the victims.
The Fuller House actor, who was staying at a hotel right down the street from Manchester Arena on Tuesday, told the 6,500 person crowd:
“Our job as artists is to spread joy and peace and love. And most importantly to bring people together through the power of music.”
And spread joy they did! Stamos shared footage of a livelier part of the concert on Instagram, where he rocked out on stage with a very enthusiastic young concertgoer:
