Jon Hamm Does Don Draper In Dapper Entertainment Weekly Cover. YUM.

Jon Hamm on cover of EW 2012
He’s got the cool confidence, he’s got the dark past, and he’s got the ladies ready to tear off their stockings for a taste of the Draper!
Jon Hamm is looking straight up BOSS as Dick Whitman Don Draper on the most recent cover of Entertainment Weekly.
The versatile actor discusses his feelings about working on the hit period drama:

“I love going to work, so in that sense I could play Don for 100 years. But I realize we’re not on a treadmill, we’re on a thing that moves forward … and so I think these things should end, and they should end the way the guy that started it wants to end.”

The magazine also nabs Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner, who shares some insights on Don Draper and what will be concerning the advertising exec in the upcoming season:

├óΓé¼┼ôA lot of the decisions that Don makes may seem strange to the audience, but they├óΓé¼Γäóre going to seem strange to the people around him, too….He is coming into middle age, which was closer to old age back then. Existentialism is a young man├óΓé¼Γäós game, and you can say what you want about how death nullifies things. But when you get closer to death, it starts to become more serious, and it├óΓé¼Γäós harder to laugh it off and say, ├óΓé¼╦£I├óΓé¼Γäóm living for the moment.├óΓé¼Γäó “

Oh we can’t wait to stir up some dirty martinis, light up an imaginary cigarette (obviously, we DO NOT condone smoking) and time-warp to our old pals on Madison avenue on March 25.
Will U tune in to Mad Men season 5??
