Julianne Hough‘s silly decision to go the blackface route to portray Crazy Eyes from Orange Is The New Black definitely wasn’t her smartest move.
Needless to say, the costume made plenty of headlines! LOLz!
This paint job is probably one of the least politically correct and most offensive get ups one can have on Halloween, but at least she has the company of stars who’ve insulted entire religions AND the dead in the past.
