Justin Bieber's DUI Defense Is Ready! It Wasn't Booze & Drugs Making Him Wobble, It Was An Ouchie!

Well, we’re excited to see how this plays out.
Justin Bieber is headed back to court for his DUI case on May 5th, and we’re sure it’ll be quite the circus.
And adding to that wackadoodle circus is Bieberoni himself with an inneresting defense as to why he wasn’t able to walk a straight line during the arrest. Despite testing positive for Xanax and marijuana, he’s claiming that’s NOT why he was struggling to walk.
It seems lil’ Biebsy had told cops that he had a hairline fracture on his right foot due to a skateboarding accident from three months earlier, which made it difficult to walk.
Apparently though, that injury in his right foot didn’t make driving difficult. How lucky!
While that might help JB’s case, we’re guessing another thing he told cops during his arrest won’t be so useful for him.
The Biebs reportedly got a bit of a ‘tude with the arresting officer and said:

“I’m 19 years old. I’m just out having a good time.”

To which the cop commented that he didn’t go out driving a Lamborghini at that age, and unfortunately Biebsy couldn’t leave it at that because he apparently responded:

“Yeah, well, I bet you didn’t have millions of dollars in your bank account either.”

He also got riled up when the cop said it looked like he was having trouble driving the car. Bieberoni said:

“What? I’ve been driving a Lamborghini since I was 15.”

Sounds like someone stuck his injured foot right into his mouth!
