Kal Penn Asks For The Young Vote At The DNC!

Who needs pants? Not young voters!
During his energetic speech at the Democratic National Convention, Kal Penn urged young voters to get to the polls this November to support President Barack Obama. Using humor to engage the hearts and minds (not to mention, attention span) of viewers, the Harold & Kumar star said:

“I ask all of you young people to join me. You don’t even have to put pants on. Go to Commit.BarackObama.com and register right there! And you know what? The oldies out there — you can do it too! Let’s keep fighting for a president who have never stopped fighting for us.”

Amidst encouraging America’s youth to step up this election, the actor-turned-civil servant also praised the president for taking out the man responsible for 9/11 and his “evolved” stance on same-sex marriage by saying:

“I’ve worked on a lot of fun movies, but my favorite job was having a boss who gave the order to take out Bin Laden and who’s cool with all of us getting gay married, so thank you invisible man in the chair for that!”
