Us Weekly reports the 38-year-old beauty enjoyed dinner alongside the Sleepless star on December 30 in South Beach — a night before they headed to Soho House Miami to count down to 2017!

An eyewitness told the mag that the (rumored) couple of over THREE years was seen well after midnight “holding hands while walking near the pool” at the members-only venue. Adorbs.
A source went on to say that 10-year-old Suri is very aware of her momma’s relationship, adding:
“They’re very serious.”
