Katt Williams Is Sued For Allegedly Assaulting & Kidnapping A Fellow Comedian

And the drama continues for Katt Williams!
On Wednesday, it was revealed that the funny man is being sued by comedienne Ashima Franklin for allegedly assaulting and kidnapping her. Whoa.

According to TMZ, Miz Franklin claims Katt first hit her across the face back in 2012 and continued being aggressive towards her as the duo toured together over the course of that year. The suit also highlights a time where the 44-year-old bragged about having “million dollar bitches” before turning his rage towards Ashima.
Reportedly, Williams once said about Franklin:

“Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p*ssy bitch?”

How awful! It’s said the day after this particular incident, Katt and two other unnamed ladies attacked her — which resulted in various injuries to her face, chest, arms, and legs. To make matters worse, it’s said the Wild ‘n Out alum blocked her from leaving the assault.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only time Ashima was the victim of Katt’s wrath as she noted the controversial celeb once threw hot food in her face and proceeded to ask why she thought she had the “right” to eat. If these claims are in fact true, we believe Ashima is entitled to the $3 million she’s suing for!
Not to mention, this latest legal drama comes only a handful of months after the Scary Movie 5 performer was accused of attacking a female employee at the Sportsmen’s Lodge restaurant in Studio City, CA. Geez, will this guy EVER learn??
