Kesha fans took a hit on Friday when an NY Supreme Court judge decided to deny her injunction bid against producer Dr. Luke.
To catch you up, the 28-year-old filed a lawsuit — after claiming Dr. Luke drugged and raped her — in order to get out of her contract at Luke’s Kemosabe Records label, housed under the Sony umbrella, in order to make new music again and save her career.
Unfortunately for the songstress, the ruling was not in her favor.

When the news broke, the Tik ToK singer was seen weeping openly in court before hugging her crying fans outside.
