Kim Kardashian West is laying low this year.
On Friday, the reality star turned 36 years old, but don’t expect one of the celeb’s signature blowouts! A source tells Us Weekly that the brunette beauty is opting for a “low-key” celebration this time around.

The insider explained that Kimmy’s birthday event will be much more mellow than usual following her terrifying robbery in Paris.
The confidante confessed to the mag:
“There will be most likely be some sort of small celebration at a family member’s house tonight.”
It even sounds like Kanye West won’t be gifting his lady love with any lavish accessories this year, because a source spilled:
“Expensive jewelry is not on Kim’s radar right now in light of the incident.”
However, the insider expressed that’s not stopping Yeezy from planning “something creative and out of the box for Kim.”
The first source said the gesture is sure to be an impressive one, adding:
“Who knows what Kanye has up his sleeve for her ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ always something!”
Well, however Kim decides to celebrate, we just want her to have a good time! Happy birthday, girl!
