Kim Kardashian Pisses Off NPR Listeners By Popping Up On Their Radios

Nothing says highbrow like trashing another person just because she lives her life publicly.
NPR may be known for its serious take on everything, but being in charge of so much boring programming takes responsibility.
A responsibility to never let Kim Kardashian West on your airwaves.
Well, some radio purists are up in arms after Kimmy guest hosted Wait Wait├óΓé¼┬ªDon’t Tell Me! and officially forced NPR over the shark and straight into the mainstream.
Ombudsman Elizabeth Jensen addressed the uproar on Wednesday, saying:

“Many listeners seem willing to laugh until the comedy is turned on something that touches their own lives or sensitivities. I’m still not sure what to make of this week’s outrage over Kardashian, who was indeed a surprising guest, given how often the show has pilloried her and her clan in the past. She wasn’t a great guest├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥she had a couple funny lines├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥but she was gracious.”

In all actuality, Kim was only on for 11 minutes — definitely not enough time to give up on NPR as a whole.
