Kris Jenner, is that you?!
There’s an uncanny resemblance between a Texas TV anchor and the momager in a throwback clip posted by Beyoncé‘s father Mathew Knowles from 1992. In the video, a young Queen Bey is being interviewed with her girl group, Girls Tyme, but it’s the host who has really caught the eye of viewers.

Decked out in an iconic ’90s outfit (reminiscent of some photos we’ve seen of Miz Jenner, TBH), the presenter discussed with the 11-year-old:
“We’ve got three lead singers and three lead dancers as they call it and they’ve been just practicing their hearts out, and this is… Beyonce? Now tell me about getting over the stage fright. How did this go from having fun and singing for a few people to where you’re going to go out there and you’re going to try to make it big?”
A visibly nervous Bey replied (below):
“Well, I guess if we keep on practicing and practicing and we keep on performing and performing, the stage fright just fades away.”
As you may recall, footage was featured from the icon’s early days in her Flawless music video, though this clip has not previously been seen. Almost immediately after Knowles made his post, fans began to tag the 64-year-old about the striking similarity:
“Wait, was the Kris Jenner interviewing young Beyoncé?”
“Is that Kris Jenner @krisjenner @mrmathewknowles ????”
“@krisjenner is that you? ?”
But obviously, many have their doubts that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is the host featured in the video:
“People. There’s no way Kris was moonlighting as a local news anchor in Houston, thousands of miles away from her new husband (she and Bruce married in 91) and kids.”

As much as we’d like to believe Kris and Bey were cosmically aligned all those years ago, it’s highly unlikely this was the case because of the timing and location. A rep for the reality star has confirmed to ET she was not the woman featured in the video.
