Macy's Is Suing Martha Stewart!

Oooh Martha, what’s happening now??
Apparent Macy’s has sued Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. over a deal her company made with JCPenney.
They claim it violates the terms in their exclusive contract.
So what does Martha say about it?? Well MSL doesn’t comment on legal matters, but a statement has been issued, and they acknowledge receiving a “notification” from Macy’s.
Welp! It’s still better than jail!
