Manny Pacquiao is already in for another fight — only this one will be in the courtroom.
Pacquiao and his team have been named in a $5 million class action lawsuit “on behalf of all persons who purchase tickets” to his May 2nd fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. after he failed to disclose an injury to the Nevada Athletic Commission.

According to the suit, Pacquiao checked the box that he did not have any injuries despite suffering a torn rotator cuff for which he will apparently need to undergo surgery.
Pacquiao advisor Michael Koncz has claimed he checked the box mistakenly.
Considering people paid expecting to see two healthy fighters — and even wagered money on the bout — it makes sense that some are crying foul. But should they really get their money back?
