Martha Stewart FINALLY Addresses Those Face Lift Rumors!

Martha Stewart Moves To 'Set The Record Straight' On Face Lifts, Fillers, Thirst Traps, And MORE!

Martha Stewart may be 82 years old, but that’s really hard to believe based on how great she looks. And arguably even harder to believe based on her graceful, wise, and non-surgical approach to it!

On Thursday, the lifestyle guru released the first episode of the latest season of The Martha Stewart Podcast. In it, she welcomed her longtime cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Dan Belkin as her guest. And the duo slammed face lift rumors and plastic surgery suppositions during their interesting chat!

Of course, Martha has been thirst-trapping lately. And to be honest, we’ve been loving every one of ’em. No complaints from us regarding her supremely sexy snaps!! But along with the saucy pics, and especially at her age, the domestic goddess has been getting lots of flak from fans and followers who assume she’s had a lot of invasive work done. And that just ain’t true!

To open their chat about procedures to battle aging and remain looking young, Stewart said:

“Everybody is so interested when they see a selfie of me posted on the Internet. So many comments are about my face lift and who did it and when did I have it done and how much retouching is on the photograph, and I just want to set the record straight.”

Set it straight, Martha! Set it ALL straight!

According to Dr. Belkin, it’s not a face lift that has kept Martha looking amazing but a combination of several smaller procedures: cheek fillers with things like Botox, muscle-relaxing jaw injections, and even some cutting-edge skin-tightening technology! While Stewart admitted she couldn’t remember ever lesser procedure she’d had done, Belkin explained:

“We’ve done a little ultrasound tightening I think, a long time ago. We did a little softwave, which is an ultrasound based tightening device. And we’ve done a little bit of Ulthera, which is a great ultrasound-based skin tightening that works.”

But face lifts are out. No bigger surgeries for her, apparently. As she and Dr. Belkin outlined, it’s more about preventative work, keeping ahead of the aging curve, and taking care of herself and her overall health! Stewart noted at one point:

“You can really prolong youthfulness, activity, energy, by taking care of yourself in several different ways. … I don’t think a lot about age, but I don’t want to look my age at all. And that’s why I really work hard at it.”

Not wrong about that last part. Gotta put in the work of living a healthy lifestyle on top of all this stuff. Even at 82. Heck, especially at 82! Thoughts, y’all??
