Meghan Markle gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday, causing celebration around the world.
But while it was a joyous moment for fans of the Royal family, it was not for Meghan’s other family.

We were actually impressed with Meghan’s poppa Thomas Markle‘s statement, which was pure class:
“I’m delighted to hear that mother and child are doing well. I am proud that my new grandson is born into the British royal family and I am sure that he will grow up to serve the crown and the people of Britain with grace, dignity, and honor. God bless the child and I wish him health and happiness, and my congratulations to my lovely daughter Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry, and God save the Queen.”
But his son, Meghan’s half-brother Thomas Markle Jr., decided to get shady with it.
Speaking to The Sun, he began by once again making this beautiful event all about the family squabbles:
“Hopefully this baby will help mend the family rift. We’d all love to meet the baby and become a part of his life — especially my dad.”
But as he continued, he reminded everyone why Meghan should stay the hell away from half these people with one of the shadiest responses to a birth we’ve ever seen.
He said:
“I’m hoping that becoming a mother will open up her eyes and shed light on what family means. Maybe she will see the importance of family now — and open up to my dad and let him be part of the baby’s life.”
Wow. And y’all wonder why she’s not rushing to buy a plane ticket to visit…
He continued:
“She should let the family come over and meet the new baby… Hopefully she won’t be unfair and withhold him from everybody. I hope she’ll reach out and make the baby a part of everybody’s life.”
There is a sad point at which you have to cut ties with loved ones and family members, when you realize the toxicity is only going to make your life worse and never help them either.
We don’t know Tom Jr., but we know his actions.
Something tells us this particular sibling’s words are particularly easy for Meghan to brush off now.
As you may recall, about this time last year Thomas sent a letter urging Prince Harry to CANCEL the wedding to his half-sister! He wrote at the time:
“It’s not to [sic] late. Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you.
As more time passes to your royal wedding, it became very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history.
I’m confused why you don’t see the real Meghan that the whole world now sees. Meghan’s attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C average Hollywood actress is getting old.”
He went on to call her a “jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage.”
Yeah, definitely someone to introduce into Baby Sussex’s life ASAP.
