Mel B has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly ten years, Stephen Belafonte.
The former Spice Girl and current GEM member cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, according to reports from multiple sources.

The court docs show Melanie asked for joint custody of the couple’s daughter, Madison Brown Belafonte, but also requested the court terminate any request for spousal support. Damn.
Innerestingly, the couple somehow kept their troubles quiet for nearly three months; the date on the court documents is December 28 — over a month BEFORE Mel shared this celebratory message on her Instagram:
