For many out there, this is huge news. While it is coming a little ahead of its intended announcement (leaked would be a better word for it), expect a book written by David Bowie to be published in the near future.
Bowie was and still is a pioneer for numerous mediums, mainly music and fashion, which he managed to combine superbly. He is often credited in creating glam rock.
His book, Bowie: Object, consists of 100 images which he took with an old camera he received from his friend in 1975. Surrounding the images is witty, insightfully annotated, personal text written by Bowie himself. Fans will finally be able to see how his mind works.
We’re excited for this one! We were always curious where he came up with all his crazy ideas and unique styles! He was the 1970’s male version of Lady GaGa!
We love his fashion. We love his music. We’re sure to love this book!
