Snapchat Is Now Selling Sunglasses With A Camera!

This is a really interesting move for Snapchat!
The company — which is changing its name to Snap, Inc. — will start selling hardware now in addition to the software they created with their wildly popular picture and video messaging app!

Announced on Friday, Snapchat will start selling a physical product called Spectacles, which is a pair of sunglasses with a camera on them that will allow you to record video and connect easily to a smart phone.
Every time you press a button on the glasses (as seen in the video, above), you can record up to ten seconds of video.
Then, you can connect it to a smart phone and share with friends on Snapchat!
The glasses sell retail for $129.99, so they aren’t cheap, and according to a profile in the Wall Street Journal, they will have “limited distribution.”
Regardless, expectations will be sky high for this product considering the company is taking the unusual move of going from software to a physical product!!
We can’t wait to see how this one turns out, but for one, Miranda Kerr seemed pretty excited about it considering her beau Evan Spiegel runs the show over at Snapchat!
