Stephen Belafonte just hit the divorce settlement jackpot. Not only will the 42-year-old be getting more money from Mel B as a result of their long, bitter divorce battle in court, he’s not losing any parenting rights with their daughter either.
And as for those abuse allegations the Spice Girl made against him? They were all dropped!
Specifically, Belafonte will be receiving $5,000 a month in child support on top of the $15,000 a month he’s already been getting in spousal support. Mel also has to pay for his $35,000 in lawyer’s fees.

The two have agreed to sell their Hollywood Hills home and split the profits in half, as well as share 50/50 custody of their daughter.
The estranged couple also both dropped their restraining orders against each other, but have agreed to stay 200 yards away from the other at all times — which we can’t imagine will make co-parenting their daughter any easier.
This might sound like a shock to those who’ve been keeping track of all the startling accusations the singer made against Belafonte over the past year. However, he says the ruling proves Mel’s claims were baseless.
