A source reveals the 53-year-old is selling his Southern California property because he just doesn’t want to live in this city anymore!

Well, the insider explained that the Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation star is looking to live near the Church of Scientology headquarters in Clearwater!
The source also added that it was actually John Travolta — also a scientologist — who convinced Tom to make the move!
Last month, several sources revealed that Katie Holmes‘ ex was secretly listing his mansion in Beverly Hills for about $50 million.
A few years ago, he sold his East Village pad in New York City, and his estate in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains is up for grabs — if you have $59 million lying around.
People also believe Tom is the owner of a compound in the Hollywood Hills that’s on the market for just under $12 million.
