Yes, that's supposed to be Ashlee Simpson.

The barely recognizable singer is on the cover of the new issue of Complete Woman magazine.

They couldn't afford Mariah's retoucher???

Update: Asslee's publicist just sent us the following statement.

"Ashlee in no way posed for Complete Woman or ever gave them an interview. They apparently purchased outtakes from an old photo shoot years ago and elected on their own to retouch the photo as they wanted to. This supposed 'magazine' has never reached out to us and we did not cooperate with them in any way at all."

Renee Zellweger's face looks pretty flawless! Beautifully retouched to the point where she looks human.

The actress is on the cover of the new W magazine with George Clooney, her director in next year's Leatherheads.

They give a really really boring interview where they mainly talk about their "work." Yawn.

Ohhh la la!

Lily Allen showed off a new sophisticated (and computer-enhanced look) in The Mail on Sunday's "You" magazine this weekend.

And, while she's at it, she's claiming that she's matured and less combative about fellow starlets, yet she uses the interview to slam Victoria Beckham and the like.

"It does make me laugh to see pictures of Victoria Beckham on the front of a magazine. I think, 'You are not promoting anything, you don't need the money, so all it's about is being famous," says Lily. "And I can never imagine my life being about being famous. I make music, that's what I am here for. I would never go out and court publicity. I am in such a good place, it wouldn't occur to me."

Lily says she's a lot more mature than when she first burst onto the scene, a year ago.

"As I am happier, I can't bring myself to bitch," she says. "I find myself jumping to people's defence. I saw Paris Hilton on the David Letterman show and I was like, 'Why is he so horrible to her?'"

And we're like…..

There were so many Amy Winehouses for Halloween and hardly anyone dressed up as Lily.

Why is that????
