Shaquille O'Neil hit up the Monster Grammy after party on Sunday night, and while he was there, we got exclusive tips from the former hoop star on how to stay on top of your fitness game!

We asked: What are some tips you can give to people who want to stay in shape?

Shaq answered, "you just gotta eat right and do a lot of cardio."

Sounds easy enough, right?!?

If we had star trainers like the basketball legend, it would, but guess we just gotta do it our way, and hopefully his tips work!!

We just can't get over how incredz that Queen Beyoncé was last night!!

We previously mentioned that Shaq had partnered with Zales to release his own line of jewelry.

Well now he's moved onto his next venture… vodka!

He's joining the likes of Sean "Diddy" Combs, who also has his own vodka: Ciroc.

Shaq plans to launch his vodka early next year. It'll be called "Luv Shaq." Ha!

Shaq and Zales have partnered to bring us a jewelry line!

The collection is made of 36 pieces of jewelry; necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and more.

Shaq has a bit of legal problem… his former mistress, Vanessa Lopez, is suing him for intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault.

She claims that Shaq began harassing her after he learned that she might be pregnant.

Now Vanessa wants to depose Kobe Bryant because she wants to hear about some advice Shaq allegedly gave Kobe when he was facing his rape charges.

Kobe apparently told cops that Shaq "had paid up to $1 million in hush money to various women."

A source close to the whole situation said:

We just recently mentioned that the rate which Americans are being diagnosed with diabetes is climbing at an alarming rate.

Diabetes rates have gone up over 100% over the past 15 years in 18 states!!

As a 350-plus-pound man, someone like Shaq might seem like he's at risk.

But people forget that he's 7'1" and was a world-class athlete!

He only has 13% body fat! That's waaaay less than most people even half his weight!

Shaq wants to do what he can to help fight the obesity epidemic and stop the climbing rates of diabetes.
