Nick Jonas isn't taking any chances.
The Chains singer spoke out on the tragic death of Christina Grimmie — and the need for increased security at meet at greets — during a few radio interviews earlier this week.
On Tuesday, the pop star spoke out on the need for making meet and greets with fans a safer process, telling WKTU's Cubby & Carolina Bermudez:

On Friday, Christina Grimmie was murdered by Kevin James Loibl as she was signing autographs after her concert in Orlando, Fl.
As police are currently figuring out the killer's motive, publications have reported that the shooting may have to do with The Voice contestant's Christian faith.
According to the Santa Monica Observer, authorities are investigating the singer's death as a hate crime after reviewing Loibl's cell phone and computer records. However, according to Orlando police spokesperson Wanda Miglio:
But over the weekend, the pop star was totally overcome on stage over slain singer Christina Grimmie.
During the performance of Purpose, the Biebs collapsed to the floor of the stage as he belted out the lyrics while fighting back tears, singing:

Since the tragic event, not only have we received more information about the shooter, who ended up killing himself after shooting Christina, but there has been an outpour of support for the late singer from various artists including Fifth Harmony.
Marcus Grimmie, the singer's brother and tour manager, was the person addressed hundreds of friends and family that gathered in Evesham, New Jersey, for a vigil held Monday night at Evesham's memorial complex for his sister.
Christina's older bro, who was also the one who tackled the gunman, opened up to the crowd saying:
We're still so sad about Christina Grimmie's senseless murder.
Now, we're learning that the singer's killer had a history with violence.
Records reveal that, in the past, the cops had been called to Kevin's home at least twice for instances of battery. A police report shows they were called back in 2013 after he got in an altercation with his father's fiancée, Dawn.
Dawn told authorities that the Florida resident broke her wrist by slamming the door on her arm during an argument.

The former The Voice contestant was murdered by a "deranged fan" while signing autographs after her concert at the Plaza Live Theater in Orlando on Friday night.
Julie Emmet, a concertgoer at the Friday show, spoke to E! News recalling the shock of hearing the news of Christina's passing:
"It really hasn't hit me yet that she's gone, but it's just really shocking and heartbreaking, to have been there especially."
The fan continued to express that prior to the tragic shooting, it was just like any other night for the 22-year-old starlet. She explained:
