Simon Cowell's latest lady friend is make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy and the two of them are said to be going public with their relationship very soon. A source says:
"Simon is ready to let everyone know. Things between them are moving along very nicely indeed. Their relationship has been conducted under a clock of secrecy but the situation has now changed.
"Simon is clearly very enamored with Mezhgan — and it's little wonder why. She is absolutely stunning, not to mention incredibly intelligent and cultured."
Sounds like quite a woman!
36-year-old Mezhgan moved to the US from Afghanistan in the early '80s and an eyewitness at Mr. Chow in London spotted the two of them dining saying, "It was clear there was real chemistry between them. He seemed smitten and she likewise."
Good for Simon — and Mezhgan! Cowell is LOADED such a sweetheart!

Hugh Hefner is being sued by some of his Playboy shareholders who are claiming that he is not taking up any offers to sell Playboy since the business is falling apart!
In fact he already put the kibosh on two potential and lucrative deals in the past six months alone!
An investment company analyzed the business saying:
"We think the wildcard here is Hugh Hefner. If you were Hugh Hefner, 81, would you give up the parade of busty blonde, the fancy mansion and the reality TV show for a payout?
"Hefner has continued to live the good life and make sure everyone knows it. Hefner remains in the limelight, showing up at media events and at the Playboy mansion…with his girlfriends by his side."
But is that the best thing for the company?
The lawsuit reveals, "Today the price of a Playboy magazine is far higher than the price of Playboy common stock." The mag sells for $5.99 while Playboy stock closed at $3.14 yesterday.
The shareholders are suing for unspecified damages because they say Hef dictates the decisions over them.
We don't see Hef giving a shiz about his shareholders unless they happen to be blondes with 34DD tittays!
Toyota has just announced another recall for their Prius and other hybrid model cars worldwide. Now, the company is receiving complaints about the brakes in these vehicles, just adding to the list of embarrassing safety lapses found in their latest models.
Over 437,000 Prius and other hybrid vehicles are being recalled to investigate the recent problem, making the grand total of cars sent back to the Toyota Motor Corp. 8.5 million, starting with the cars sent back for malfunctioning floor mats to this newest issue.
Complaints started coming in to the company that the brakes on the 2010 Prius had a delay when pressed in cold weather conditions and some bumpy roads. Though the delay isn't considered a brake failure, the company is still recalling the vehicles to adjust the brakes with new software. The company tries to smooth over the issue by saying it shouldn't take longer than 40 minutes for the antilock brakes to be updated.
Jeez, not the best way to start off the year, huh?
Makes us wonder if the guys over at Toyota are asking themselves, "What else could go wrong?"
As Dr. Conrad Murray was arraigned on charges of involuntary manslaughter for the murder of Michael Jackson, the family of the King of Pop are furious that he was not brought up on harsher charges.
"He's a monster," said Michael's mother, Katherine.
"This charge is a slap on the wrist," said Joe's attorney, Brian Oxman. "There's great disappointment here. [Conrad Murray] should've been charged with a higher degree of responsibility. What he did was reckless. It was a disregard for human life."
And they are all on the same page, which is rare for the Jackson clan.
“Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan," said LaToya Jackson. "There are other individuals involved and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."
