Obligatory ***SPOILER*** warning: If you didn’t watch Wednesday night’s episode of American Horror Story then STOP reading right now!
After last week’s bloodbath that was Freak Show, Ryan Murphy and his crew were back Wednesday night to bring us a rather boring episode of AHS.
And while we didn’t love it, we’re all still addicted, so let’s get straight to that recap!
The episode began with a quick death for a door-to-door saleswoman selling Tubberware. It was the first of a steady stream of kills for Dandy (Finn Wittrock), but we didn’t get to see any blood…
Until Dandy confessed all of his murders to Regina (Gabourey Sidibe)! He even stripped down naked and bathed in the blood, but he let Regina live, which was nice.
Regina eventually left the mansion and contacted a cop about the murders, but he didn’t necessarily believe her.
Elsewhere, Dell (Michael Chiklis) tried to kill himself via hanging for killing Ma Petite (Jyoti Amge), but mostly for being gay. Naturally, he didn’t go through with it, because that would have been too nice of a gift for the viewers.
Meanwhile, Bette and Dot (Sarah Paulson) finally figured out that having surgery to separate themselves would be deadly, so they stripped naked and professed their love for Jimmy (Evan Peters)!
However, Jimmy told them that he was already in love with someone else, so we’ve got a sad two-headed circus performer on our hands.
The episode concluded with Jimmy getting arrested for all of Dandy’s murders, because the detective said he left his custom gloves at the crime scene!
The ending actually surprised us, so we’re excited to see where the story goes next week.
Hopefully there will be more Jessica Lange next time!
