The troops are certainly rallying behind Kesha.
On Tuesday, Anne Hathaway and Reese Witherspoon both voiced their support for the Tik Tok singer following her courtroom loss against music producer Dr. Luke last week.
It seems these A-listers have thrown their support towards the blonde beauty after reading Lena Dunham‘s enlightening Lenny Letter. In fact, both Oscar winners took to Instagram to share a drawn image of the pop star to officially join in on the #FreeKesha movement.

Miz Hathaway posted:
I stand with @iiswhoiis. If you are unfamiliar with the case, @LenaDunham does a brilliant job in this week’s @LennyLetter explaining the nightmare in which Kesha finds herself. Kesha’s situation is just one of all-too-many examples of how the legal system in this country fails to protect victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence, the vast majority of whom are women. We can only imagine what Anne’s support means to the Die Young artist. As for the Wild actress, she wrote for same image (above):
“Thank you @lenadunham for helping me understand the #Kesha case and for standing up for all survivors of abuse #FreedomForKesha #regram @lennyletter (illustration by@stefaniatejada)”
Anne and Reese are only the latest celebs to side with Kesha as Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Jack Antonoff, Miley Cyrus, and many more have recently led the charge.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens next regarding this complicated case as it gains more media attention. Stay tuned.
