Celine Dion's Brother Passes Away From Cancer At 59

Our hearts break for Celine Dion and her family.
So soon after the music icon’s husband Ren├â┬⌐ Ang├â┬⌐lil passed away after his own long battle with cancer, her brother Daniel Dion has succumbed to the same terrible disease.
It was revealed on January 15 — just one day after Ang├â┬⌐lil’s death– that the singer’s 59-year-old brother only had “days or hours” to live.

Now, on Saturday morning, Daniel has died, according to reports.
Daniel was one of Celine’s 13 brothers and sisters.
Prior to his passing, Celine’s sister Claudette explained this tragedy is something far too familiar:

“It looks a lot like Ren├â┬⌐, he had cancer of the throat, tongue and brain. Our family is very experienced. We are with Daniel, day and night. He is 59 years old, very young to be the end of life.”

No updates yet if the My Heart Will Go On singer will return to her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on February 23 as expected.
So extremely sad.
