Batman, a hero in the movies AND real life!
Christian Bale‘s amazing random-acts-of-kindness (remember this and this??) have a new member: taking a photo with writing all over his face to support a man with cancer.
The phrase reads ├óΓé¼┼ôDan├óΓé¼Γäós Our Man,├óΓé¼┬¥ and while this gesture might seem odd, the thought behind it is incredible — and besides, we know of at least ONE person who appreciated it!
That phrase is the battle cry for 21-year old Danny Hammond. He has astrocytoma — a tumor on his spinal cord — and has had it since he was NINE.
People have been posting pics of themselves with simple messages like this to Hammond├óΓé¼Γäós Facebook page since it was created last week — but none have garnered this much attention, though all of them were really, really appreciated!
Bale’s message along with the pic?
“To a real superhero!”
Apparently Christian worked with Hammond├óΓé¼Γäós cousin previously, and that’s how he became aware of the situation!
