That return to Dance Moms is going to have to wait a while…
After months of being held in suspense, now Abby Lee Miller is going to be held in prison as she was sentenced on Monday to one year and one day in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud.
As you may recall, back in 2015 Miller was accused of hiding $775,000 of income in a secret bank account while filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, charges to which she plead guilty last summer.

Miller was ordered to pay the $120,000 Australian that she snuck into the country and was fined an additional $40K.
Before her sentencing, the 50-year-old reality star admitted to People how terrified she was of prison, saying:
“I’m afraid of being physically abused or raped.”
Though her sentence is for a full year, she will likely only serve 10 months, followed by two in a halfway house. After serving her time, Miller will be on supervised release for two more years.
