The final season of Gossip Girl is traveling in time…
We’re jumping four months forward to find Serena missing! We knew this before, but executive producer Stephanie Savage elaborates, saying:
“No one has heard from her, not even Gossip Girl. She’s truly off the map. So the gang has to get together to try and find her.”
How and with whom does she return???
On the man-candy arm of 7th Heaven’s Barry Watson!!
“He lets Serena be herself, which is something that she really needs right now.”
(In the trailer, it appears as if she’s marrying him… poor Lonely Boy…)
Meanwhile… in CHAIR land….
Executive Producer Sara Goodman reveals that Chuck and Blair “finally realize they need each other” no matter what:
“They now understand what it would mean for them to be together, what they need as separate people, before they can fully commit. High school is long in the past and they’re thinking about who they want to be and how they want to be.”
Sigh… fine, we’ll say it… CONGRATS CHAIR, YOU WIN.
Moving along to the final drop of juice…
Georgina is said to have a much bigger “presence” this season, though that doesn’t mean she’ll be a full-fledged series regular. Hmmm….
