Remember that LAX employee Olivier Martinez knocked to the ground with a car seat last year?
Well, he’s pissed that the 50-year-old and Halle Berry are dodging depositions in his lawsuit about the altercation. Ronaldo Owens‘ lawyer claims that he’s tried FOUR different times to get the former flames interviewed under oath, to no avail.

The exes’ attorney, however, says he will get the stars to sit down for a depo… on one condition. The legal rep is demanding that the attacked employee keeps quiet about what’s said under oath.
But, Ronaldo’s lawyer is not biting. He fired back:
“In this country, litigants are not afforded special treatment because of who they are or who they think they are.”
That is a fair argument. And, at this point, Mr. Owens is hoping a judge will step in and force the celebs to get deposed.
