Jenelle Evans & David Eason Lose Custody Of Their Children After Dog Drama!

Jenelle Evans' custody drama!

Jenelle Evans and David Eason suffer a major legal setback.
After he basically admitted to killing their adopted French bulldog Nugget, the couple’s sons and daughters were removed from their care.

Though the Teen Mom 2 star hoped “to get her kids back in time for the summer,” on Tuesday, a North Carolina judge ruled that she will not regain custody of her three children: Jace, 9, Kaiser, 4, and Ensley, 2.
According to a Radar Online insider:

“The judge told Jenelle that she failed to protect the children while they were in her care… The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified… [Child Protective Services] described the state of the home as horrific. It was filthy, and there were holes in all of the walls… Jenelle was sobbing in court… Jenelle believed that her lawyer was going to be able to get her children back and she seemed stunned when this happened.”

Additionally, an E! News source exclaimed:

“Jenelle was stunned that the judge did not give her back the kids… They are all for the time being remaining with their respective caregivers.”

The MTV personality’s mom, Barbara Evans, confirmed to E! News that she has custody of Jace and Ensley, adding:

“Of course I would like for Jenelle to get them all back eventually, but certain things have to happen first.”

Reportedly, Eason’s daughter, Maryssa, remains in custody with her mother Whitney Johnson.
Evans and Eason — along with the children’s current caregivers — will return to court next Tuesday to “see what the next steps are as this is a temporary custody decision.”
Not surprisingly, the E! News insider said Jenelle is “completely crushed” by the judge’s ruling, as this “whole ordeal” has made her sick.
Despite the drama, the Radar source said “Jenelle is standing by David. Despite what happened, she has no plans to leave him.”
As we reported, on the May 20 Teen Mom 2 reunion, Evans walked off the set after she was confronted by host Nessa Diab, Colin Kaepernick‘s girlfriend.
In September 2018, Jenelle allegedly wrote the following posts about the football player on Facebook:

“I will not be buying Nike anymore. [American Sniper co-author/subject] Chris Kyle’s wife wrote a huge letter about how she feels and I couldn’t agree more. HER husband actually DID sacrifice A LOT. Nike should change their ‘motto’ immediately. Nike needs a new PR person pronto… Their adult smalls are too small anyways. Adidas fits much better and cuter. Lol’”
Donald J. Trump unemployment rate is so low, even Colin Kaepernick found a job! Merica!”

Though Evans denied penning the posts, Diab shot back, exclaiming:

“He’s been on set… This is an open, healthy conversation I would like to have with you. Please understand something. My man used his platform to peacefully protest systemic oppression in this country, specifically police brutality against black people. Men, women and children dying, wrongfully dying, and people who are doing this are not being held accountable. That is the issue. It has nothing to do with military men, military women, okay? Because they fought for our constitution to peacefully protest. I would have appreciated if you had contacted me. I would have been more than happy to have a healthy conversation.”
