Justin Bieber has been having a rough time in the media lately, and finally has someone to stick up for him! And that someone is none other than Will Smith!!
We’re sure that The Biebs is getting sick of the random bits of advice he’s been racking up, no matter how humorous or true those tidbits may be! So it’s nice to see someone who relates to his plight, and then instead of scolding him, defends him!
Will says he was the same way at Bieber’s age, and blames the young singer’s lack of privacy for the amount of negative press his “normal” teenage actions bring!! He shared:
“There are things that are just simple and normal for a 19 year-old to do, just when I was 19 there was no Twitter, the things that I was doing ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I was able to have privacy because everybody’s phone didn’t have a camera on it”
Inneresting theory!
Alright Will, we’ll agree with you part way. Here are the things we agree could be considered “normal” (but DEFINITELY not advisable) for teenage boys to do: experiment with drugs, speed around in their cars, get into fights. The not-quite-as-normal list: illegal primates and spitting on neighbors.
But seriously, there is A LOT of truth behind Will Smith’s words, so maybe we should all step back and let Justin experience his teenage existence!
